Terms of Service

Spoklin provides interactive German lessons, exercises, mini-games, and free learning guides via spoklin.com and companion apps. The first lesson is provided free of charge without an account; full access requires a Premium subscription or per-lesson purchase.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or have guardian consent) to create an account.

Premium renews monthly at €9.99 until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Purchased single lessons (€2.99) remain accessible permanently under section 4.

Prices include applicable VAT where required. Payments are processed by Paddle; by subscribing you also accept their terms.

Lessons, games, texts, and graphics are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not redistribute, scrape, resell, or systematically download content — including our free blog guides — without written permission.

Don't misuse the service: no automated bulk access, no attempts to breach security or other users' accounts, no sharing of one account between multiple people.

The service is provided 'as is'. We work hard on quality but don't guarantee specific exam outcomes or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using Spoklin and delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Material changes to these terms will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect.
